Design and manage Windows, On-Prem, VMware, and Azure environments in a critical infrastructure setting. Bridge traditional enterprise systems with modern cloud tech, ensuring seamless operations. Work on innovative solutions that enhance performance and security while collaborating with a forward-thinking team.

Responsibilities:

Provide Level 3 support across Microsoft Azure, VMware, Windows, and networking environments.

Design, implement, and maintain Azure IaaS/PaaS solutions, including identity, networking, and security.

Support hybrid cloud environments, working with VMware, Hyper-V, and Azure.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure issues across servers, storage, networking, and security.

Lead virtualisation initiatives and automation projects using PowerShell or Bash.





Configure and optimise Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and Intune.

Skills & Experience Required:

Solid experience providing Level 3 support in an Azure environment.

Hands-on experience with Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), Intune, and Entra ID/Azure AD.

Extensive knowledge of Windows Server ), Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, Group Policy, Clustering, and DFS.

Virtualisation expertise in VMware vSphere and Hyper-V.

Networking experience with Meraki, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Cisco (firewalls, switches, routers)
