Hinterland Podiatry | Nerang, Gold Coast

$100,000 base salary + super + 30% commission | plus additional home visit incentives

We’re looking for a friendly and motivated Podiatrist to join our growing team at Hinterland Podiatry in Nerang.

We’re an independent, locally owned clinic with a simple philosophy: provide genuinely good care, treat people with respect, and create a workplace where our podiatrists enjoy coming to work.

We’re open to either a full time or part time Podiatrist , with flexibility around days and hours for the right person.

The role

You’ll work across both our Nerang clinic and our established home visit service, so availability to undertake home visits is an essential part of the position .

Our caseload is varied and includes general podiatry, biomechanics and musculoskeletal presentations, orthotic therapy, nail surgery, and home based podiatry.

The position offers:

- $100,000 base salary + super (full-time equivalent)
- 30% commission above a billing threshold
- Additional 1.5% commission incentive for each regular home visit day worked
- Flexible full time or part time options

One of the things we’re particularly proud of is the team we’ve built.

We currently have four senior Podiatrists within the practice , so you’ll be working alongside clinicians with a wealth of experience to share.

For a newer Podiatrist, this means plenty of support, mentoring and people around you to bounce ideas off as you develop clinically.

For an experienced Podiatrist,



it means joining an established team where you’re surrounded by capable clinicians and can settle into your role without feeling like everything falls on your shoulders.

We want our Podiatrists to have autonomy, while also knowing there is always someone around when a second opinion or another perspective is helpful.

About Hinterland Podiatry

Hinterland Podiatry has grown through word of mouth, referrals and strong demand for both our clinic and home based services.

Many of us have previously worked within larger healthcare organisations, and we wanted to create something a little different.

Our patients aren't numbers on a conveyor belt. We place a lot of importance on continuity of care, building relationships with our patients and giving our clinicians the time and autonomy to make valuable clinical decisions.

Our home visit service is an important part of the practice. We care for a large number of older and vulnerable patients throughout the Gold Coast who rely on being able to access high quality podiatry in their own homes.

Who we're looking for

You don't need to fit a particular mould.

We're looking for someone who is clinically capable, kind, reliable and genuinely cares about the people they treat.

You might be an experienced Podiatrist looking for a workplace where you can settle in long term, or a newer clinician looking for an environment where you'll be well supported while developing your skills.

You’ll need:

- Current AHPRA registration
- Appropriate professional indemnity insurance
- A valid Australian driver's licence
- Willingness and ability to undertake regular home visits
- A genuine commitment to providing high quality patient care

Most importantly, we're looking for someone who will fit well within our team and share our approach to patient care.
