Regal is looking for Senior Project Managers to help deliver high-quality civil construction projects safely, efficiently, and on schedule. The expected salary for this role is $120,000 - $170,000 per annum plus superannuation .

In this role, you will work alongside other experienced Project Managers and be supported by operational leaders across the business.

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

- Leading the delivery of complex civil infrastructure works, including underground services, utilities, associated civil works, landscaping and above-ground construction.
- Managing project planning and delivery, ensuring successful outcomes across safety, quality, program, cost and risk.
- Working collaboratively with project teams, clients, consultants, subcontractors and stakeholders.
- Operating primarily from the project site office while maintaining robust engagement with Regal's Western Sydney and broader Sydney operations.
- Contributing to strategic initiatives that support current and future project opportunities.

Skills & Experience





- Qualifications in Civil Construction or a related discipline.
- A current Driver’s Licence and Construction White Card.
- A proven track record of significant experience delivering complex projects with strong commercial outcomes.
- Experience managing civil infrastructure projects involving underground services, utilities and associated construction work.
- The ability to lead and mentor teams while managing multiple priorities.
- Sound knowledge of project management across safety, quality, cost, program and risk.
- A proactive, organised and accountable approach with strong decision-making skills.
- The ability to work effectively within a cooperative, project-based environment.
