About the role

We’re expanding and looking for Implementation Consultants with expertise in Dayforce Talent Modules . If you’re passionate about helping clients nurture and grow their talent, and want to work with cutting-edge HCM technology, this is your opportunity.

This is a hands-on role. You'll lead workshops, engage with clients, shape solutions, complete configuration and implementation activities, and help deliver successful projects from beginning to end.

What we’re looking for:

- Deep expertise in HR business processes
- Strong facilitation and requirements-gathering skills
- Ability to interpret HR requirements and translate them into Dayforce configuration.
- Hands-on Dayforce experience (implementation projects or business-as-usual operations)
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with consistently high quality
- Excellent communication, analytical, and organisational skills.
- A proactive, cooperative approach and commitment to customer success
