A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Senior Commercial Analyst to join a high-performing team within a large, well-established organisation. With a significant national presence and a strong reputation in its sector, the business offers an excellent platform for someone looking to develop their commercial finance career. You will join a collaborative and supportive environment with strong exposure to senior stakeholders and broader business operations. Reporting to the Commercial Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Deliver commercial analysis across multiple locations to assess performance and identify opportunities to improve revenue and profitability
Support the annual budgeting process and ensure alignment with operational and financial goals
Conduct feasibility analysis on new locations, assessing revenue potential, costs and margins
Provide financial reporting including month end, forecasting and variance analysis, translating results into clear commercial insights
Partner with the commercial team on yield and pricing analysis to optimise revenue and site performance
Assist with capital expenditure submissions and business cases for new initiatives
Undertake ad hoc financial modelling and scenario analysis to support commercial decision making
Support innovation and transformation projects, including improvements to reporting processes
We are looking for someone who is CA/CPA qualified with 5+ years’ experience in commercial roles, focusing on analysis, stakeholder engagement, and commercial decision making. To succeed in this role, you will demonstrate excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, along with a proactive and collaborative attitude.
