Construction Project Manager

$145,000 + Super – Fixed Salary

Northern Civil Solutions is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to manage building and infrastructure projects across Far North Queensland.

This is a client-facing role. We are looking for someone who communicates confidently, builds strong working relationships and can represent Northern Civil Solutions professionally with clients, Councils, contractors and consultants.

The Role

You will manage projects from design and procurement through construction and completion, including:

- Minor and major building projects

- Housing construction and extensions

- Community infrastructure

- Development and approval progression

- Design and construction packages

- Contractor, consultant, program and budget management

- Client liaison,



reporting and relationship management

Our work is predominantly within the Local Government sector, including regional and remote communities.

Location & Travel

The role is based between our Gordonvale office and remote locations.

Fortnightly remote travel is a requirement of the position. Travel, accommodation and meals associated with remote work are provided. No additional travel or remote-work allowance applies, as this has been considered within the above-award salary package.

A company vehicle is available during work hours where local travel is required from the Gordonvale office.

What We're Looking For

- Solid construction project management experience

- Experience managing building projects from design through delivery

- Strong client-facing and relationship management skills

- Ability to manage multiple projects, contractors and consultants

- Local Government experience highly regarded

- Current Australian Driver's Licence

- Ability to undertake regular remote travel

Salary

$145,000 + Super – Fixed
