Suncorp Group is seeking a Wellbeing Specialist in Newcastle to lead injury management and recovery across complex workers’ compensation claims. You will provide strategic and technical guidance to Injury Management Advisors and claims teams, ensuring governance, quality assurance and compliant practice.

You will influence complex claims strategies, strengthen technical capability and improve rehabilitation, return-to-work and customer outcomes across the portfolio.
