Branch Manager – Perth | Operations, People & Growth

As Perth Branch Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the branch. This is a hands‑on leadership position with responsibility for people, operations, customers and profitability. You will lead a commercially minded approach to branch management, taking ownership of the branch, developing your team, building strong customer relationships and identifying opportunities for continued growth.

Key responsibilities

- Leading the day‑to‑day operation of the Perth branch and warehouse
- Managing, developing and supporting branch employees
- Taking ownership of branch profitability and financial performance
- Monitoring costs, productivity, margins and operational KPIs
- Ensuring customers receive a consistently high level of service
- Visiting key customers when required
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Identifying opportunities to grow existing and new business
- Improving operational processes and branch efficiency




- Maintaining high standards of workplace safety and compliance

About you

- Proven experience managing people and building effective teams
- Branch, warehouse, operations or similar management experience
- Robust commercial and financial awareness
- An understanding of what drives branch profitability
- Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities
- A practical and hands‑on approach to leadership
- The confidence to make decisions and take ownership
- A strong focus on safety, service and operational performance
- The ability to identify and pursue opportunities for growth
