About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Registered Nurse Educator to join our clinical education team. In this rewarding role, you will be responsible for developing, delivering, and evaluating education programs that support the professional growth of nursing staff and promote excellence in patient care.

Working closely with clinical leaders and multidisciplinary teams, you will provide evidence-based education, mentoring, and support to ensure staff maintain the knowledge and skills required to deliver safe, high-quality healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, and evaluate education and training programs for Fina staff.

Facilitate orientation, onboarding, and competency-based learning for support workers.

Provide clinical coaching, mentoring, and professional development support for support workers.

Ensure education programs align with current best practice, accreditation standards, and organisational objectives.

Identify learning needs through skills assessments, audits, and performance reviews.

Support quality improvements and evidence-based practice initiatives with EBIS team.

Maintain accurate training records and reporting documentation.

About You

You are a confident and values-led operational leader who understands the importance of delivering safe,



person-centred disability supports. You bring strong judgement, clear communication and a practical approach to consistent teaching staff best practice with NDIS patients’ teams, resolving issues and maintaining consistent service quality across multiple sites.

You are comfortable working in a regulated environment and can balance client outcomes, workforce needs, risk, compliance and financial accountability. You build trust with clients, families, support networks and internal stakeholders, and you coach frontline leaders to create a culture based on dignity, choice and rights, safeguarding truth, kindness, trust and respect.

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

Essential Requirements

- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA).

- Minimum 3 years' post-registration nursing experience.

- Demonstrated experience in staff education, clinical facilitation, or professional development.

- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong knowledge of clinical education methodologies.

- Ability to work collaboratively and independently across multidisciplinary teams.

- Strong organisational and time management skills.

- NDIS worker screening card

- Queensland Working with Children card

- Australian Drivers Licence
