The Opportunity

This is an opportunity for an experienced Contracts Administrator, Contracts Manager or Commercial professional to step into a broader, client-facing role with ownership of commercial performance and key contracts.

Reporting to the Head of Operations, you'll work closely with major clients and internal delivery teams to manage scope, contracts, variations, costs and margins.

You'll be involved across the full project lifecycle, from project establishment through to ongoing operations, making this a wide-ranging role with genuine commercial influence.
Key Responsibilities

- Manage key client relationships and commercial contracts
- Monitor scope, costs, forecasts and margins
- Identify scope changes, variations and commercial risks
- Ensure contractual obligations and deliverables are met




- Work with operational teams to resolve commercial and contractual matters
- Support strong client outcomes while protecting project profitability

About You You'll bring:

- Experience in contracts, commercial management or project management
- A background in construction, infrastructure, resources, energy, facilities management or another contract-driven environment
- Strong understanding of contracts, variations, costs, margins and commercial risk
- Confidence managing senior client relationships and commercial discussions
- Strong communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills
