About you

You’re a hands‑on leader who thrives on developing people, building capability and taking ownership of meaningful outcomes.

You’ll bring:

- Proven ability to lead multiple sites, with preference given to experience in QSR, retail or similar fast-paced multi-site operations environments.
- Strong operational knowledge and a track record of delivering results
- Commercial acumen, with the ability to manage labour, costs and performance metrics
- A results-driven approach to identifying opportunities and implementing positive change.
- Strong coaching skills and the confidence to lead through others




- The ability to influence, motivate and develop high-performing teams
- Strong communication, planning and problem-solving skills
- A passion for people, performance and continuous improvement

What you’ll do

In this regional leadership role, you’ll partner with restaurant teams to deliver safe, consistent and high-performing operations every day.

- Lead and support a portfolio of restaurants to deliver outstanding results with a clear “Safety First” focus.
- Coach Restaurant General Managers and leadership teams to build capability, confidence and high-performing cultures.
- Drive sales, profitability, guest experience and operational excellence across the region.
- Develop future leaders through bench planning, development planning, Heartstyles and performance coaching.
- Support restaurants to achieve on-or-above-target Balanced Scorecard results.
- Partner with teams to solve challenges, celebrate wins and create great places to work.
