We are partnering with a large financial organisation to recruit an experienced Product Manager to join a high-performing operations and product function. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded product qualified with strong financial services experience to play a key role in managing lending and deposit products across their full lifecycle.
In this role, you will work closely with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to support product growth, compliance, performance and customer outcomes. Key duties include:

- Manage lending and deposit products across the full product lifecycle, from analysis and business case development through to implementation, monitoring and review.
- Prepare product governance papers, reporting, recommendations and action tracking for product and pricing committees.
- Monitor competitor activity, market trends, portfolio performance, customer feedback and regulatory change to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Coordinate product, rate and pricing updates across internal systems, external platforms, broker channels and stakeholder groups.
- Support risk, compliance and product governance requirements, including product reviews, target market determinations and impact assessments.
