Westmead Hospital in NSW Health’s Patient Safety and Quality team is seeking a Senior Patient Experience Manager to lead complaints management and consumer advocacy. You will work with executive leaders to strengthen patient experience outcomes and drive improvements that enhance care quality.

You will provide strategic leadership across Westmead Hospital, ensuring timely, transparent engagement with consumers while promoting dignity and rights in resolution pathways.
