Key Responsibilities:

- Business & System Analysis – Gather, document, and analyse business and functional requirements for transaction monitoring solutions
- Transaction Monitoring Expertise – Work with compliance, risk, and technology teams to enhance transaction monitoring processes and controls
- Stakeholder Engagement – Collaborate with business, technology, and regulatory teams to ensure seamless delivery and alignment with financial crime regulations
- Data & Systems Experience – Work with transaction monitoring platforms, ensuring optimal system performance and identifying areas for improvement
- Process Improvement – Drive efficiencies in financial crime detection and prevention through automation and system enhancements

What We're Looking For:





- Strong experience as a Senior Business Analyst in financial services
- Expertise in Transaction Monitoring and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) systems
- Solid understanding of Financial Crime Compliance and regulatory requirements
- Experience working with transaction monitoring platforms and related data analysis
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, regulatory-driven environment
