About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join a boutique consulting firm delivering high-impact technology and transformation initiatives across the Not-for-Profit sector.

In this role, you will be engaged on a significant CRM transformation program for a leading Not-for-Profit organisation, supporting the client through the early stages of a major technology investment.

The Senior Business Analyst will lead or contribute to the preparation of RFP documentation for the selection of a CRM platform and implementation partner, while playing a key role in defining business requirements, developing the business case and supporting the organisation through the CRM selection process.

Working closely with senior client stakeholders, technology teams and procurement, you will lead discovery activities to understand current-state challenges, define future-state requirements and ensure the organisation is well positioned to make an informed technology and investment decision.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead or contribute to the preparation of RFP documentation for the selection of a CRM platform and implementation partner.
- Lead discovery and requirements-gathering workshops with senior stakeholders and business users across the organisation.
- Analyse current-state CRM processes, systems, pain points and capability gaps.
- Define and document functional and non-functional requirements for a future CRM solution.
- Develop clear current-state and future-state process maps and business requirements.




- Support the development of a comprehensive business case, including options analysis, benefits, risks and recommendations.
- Develop evaluation criteria and support vendor assessment and selection activities.
- Work closely with procurement, technology and business stakeholders throughout the RFP process.
- Translate complex business needs into clear requirements that can be understood by technology vendors and implementation partners.
- Provide insight into CRM best practice and help shape the future-state solution and operating model.

Key Experience

- Extensive experience as a Senior Business Analyst working across complex transformation or technology programs.
- Demonstrated experience developing business cases and contributing to or leading technology RFP processes.
- Strong CRM transformation experience, ideally involving Salesforce and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Proven experience leading discovery, stakeholder workshops and requirements-gathering activities.
- Strong process mapping, requirements documentation and options analysis capability.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior executives, business teams, technology and procurement.
- Experience working within the Not-for-Profit, healthcare, aged care, community services or similarly complex service-based environments would be highly regarded.
- Strong commercial awareness and the ability to balance business needs, technology considerations and organisational constraints.
