We're looking for an experienced Senior Veterinarian to provide clinical leadership, mentor our veterinary team and help shape the future of animal welfare across NSW.
You'll combine hands-on medicine and surgery with leadership, coaching and strategic influence, helping animals in need while supporting the development of the next generation of veterinary professionals.
What You'll Do
- Manage complex medical and surgical cases
- Mentor veterinarians and veterinary nurses
- Champion animal welfare and shelter medicine best practice
- Lead clinical governance,
biosecurity and quality improvement initiatives
- Influence organisational decisions and future veterinary services
About You
- Registered Veterinarian in NSW
- 5+ years' clinical experience
- Confident managing complex medical and surgical cases
- Passionate about animal welfare and developing others
- A natural leader who thrives in a team-oriented environment
