Realserve has been surveying Australia's biggest property portfolios since . Our Brisbane team is growing and we want an experienced cadastral surveyor to lead it — technically strong, valuable with clients, and genuinely interested in bringing people up.

What you'd own
n

Cadastral delivery across lease plans, subdivisions, identification surveys and built-setting projects
n
A small team of surveyors and field staff — day-to-day leadership, mentoring, quality
n
Client and consultant relationships that drive repeat work in QLD
n
Technical standards and compliance (Surveyors Act / Survey and Mapping Infrastructure Act , Cadastral Survey Requirements)
n
Input into how we work: systems, workflows, capability
n

What you bring
n

Registration with the Surveyors Board of Queensland — cadastral endorsement, or on the pathway to it
n
Tertiary surveying qualification and solid field experience
n
Comfort leading people and talking to clients
n
Current driver's licence and unrestricted Australian work rights
n
n
