CY Partners are partnering with a leading bioanalytical specialist supporting pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients, who are seeking an experienced Study Director with expertise in immunoassays and ligand binding assays (LBAs) .

This is an excellent chance for an experienced bioanalytical scientist to take the next step in their career in Adelaide , with visa sponsorship and relocation support available for eligible international candidates .

The Role

As Study Director, you will take scientific ownership of bioanalytical studies, overseeing delivery from initiation through to reporting.

Key responsibilities include:

- Providing scientific oversight of immunoassay and ligand binding assay studies.
- Supporting assay development, validation, qualification and sample analysis.
- Reviewing and interpreting bioanalytical data.
- Preparing and reviewing study plans, protocols and reports.




- Working closely with laboratory and project management teams to deliver studies to timelines and quality standards.
- Acting as a key scientific contact for clients.
- Supporting investigations and continuous improvement of bioanalytical methodologies.

About You

We're looking for an experienced Study Director, Senior Scientist or Bioanalytical Scientist with:

- Strong experience in immunoassays and/or ligand binding assays .
- Experience with platforms such as ELISA, MSD/ECL, Gyrolab or similar LBA technologies .
- Previous experience within a CRO, pharmaceutical or biotechnology environment .
- Knowledge of GLP/GCP or other regulated bioanalytical environments .
- Strong scientific, analytical and communication skills.
