About the Roles
This is a hands-on retail roles where no two days are the same.
You will assist customers, maintain store presentation, support stock management and help create an enjoyable shopping experience .
Key responsibilities include:
Greeting and assisting customers in-store with a friendly and qualified approach
Providing product recommendations and advice across our toy categories
Operating registers and processing sales transactions




Assisting with stock replenishment, merchandising and ticketing
Maintaining store cleanliness and visual presentation standards
Supporting promotional campaigns, catalogue launches and seasonal events
Assisting with online order fulfilment and Click & Collect orders
Working collaboratively with the team to achieve sales and customer service goals
About You
To be successful in this role you will have:
A strong focus on customer service and sales
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Solid organizational skills and the ability to multitask
Initiative, reliability and a strong work ethic
Flexibility to work weekends, school holidays and peak retail periods
