We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting & Onboarding Support Consultant to provide ongoing application support across Recruiting (RCM) and Onboarding (ONB).
n
This is a support-focused role, working across BAU issues, troubleshooting, configuration changes and minor enhancements. You will help ensure the platforms remain secure, effective and aligned with business requirements.
n
Key Responsibilities:
n
n
Provide BAU support across SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding.
n
Troubleshoot and resolve system and user issues.
n
Perform configuration changes and minor enhancements.
n
Investigate incidents and identify root causes.




n
Work with business users to understand and resolve issues.
n
Manage support requests through to resolution.
n
Maintain transparent documentation of issues, solutions and system changes.
n
Support testing and deployment of approved changes.
n
Provide guidance and knowledge to business users where required.
n
n
Skills Required:
n
n
Strong hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting (RCM) and Onboarding (ONB).
n
Proven experience in SAP SuccessFactors
application/support
settings.
n
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
n
Experience with configuration and system enhancements.
n
Comfortable working directly with business stakeholders and end users.
n
Strong communication and documentation skills.
n
Australian Baseline Security Clearance is essential.
n
Available to start at short notice.
