Perfect Beginnings Early Learning Centre – Eight Mile Plains QLD

We are seeking a dynamic, passionate, and experienced Educational Leader / 2IC to join our dedicated team at Perfect Beginnings Eight Mile Plains. In this dual role, you will champion educational excellence across our centre while supporting the Centre Director in daily management, staff supervision, and operational leadership.

Key Responsibilities

- Educational Leadership: Mentor and guide educators in curriculum design, pedagogical documentation, and reflective practice using the EYLF & NQS.
- 2IC Support: Assist the Centre Director with daily centre operations, family communications, staff scheduling, and compliance management.
- Leadership & Culture: Step up in the Centre Director's absence, demonstrating strong leadership, initiative, and team guidance.
- Compliance & Quality: Maintain high standards of health, safety, and regulatory compliance across the service.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-approved).
- Proven experience in an Educational Leader or 2IC capacity within an early learning setting.




- In-depth understanding of the EYLF, NQS, and Queensland childcare regulations.
- Outstanding leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Active Working with Children Check (Blue Card), First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma management certifications.
