Fresh food retail or supermarket knowledge with a customer focused approach.

Agood understanding of working within a team environment.





Butchery experienceusing meat room equipment including bandsaw and mincer for breaking down carcass beef, lamb & pork. (Supermarket experience a plus.)

Competency of ordering, cost control, wage control,rosteringand gross profit budgeting.

Passionand enthusiasm, with a hands on approach.

A Flair for merchandising.

A commitment to Occupational Healthand Safety and Food Safetystandards.

An Australian Butchery Trade Certificate.

The ability to work weekends

Your excellent butchery skills and ability to build strong working relationships with your team, Store Manager and Supervisor will guarantee your success in this role.
