Bulk Group are looking for an experienced Transport Planner / Coordinator to join our Arndell Park operation and play a key role in coordinating the daily flow of freight from warehouse through to delivery.

This role sits right in the middle of the action. You’ll work closely with our warehouse team, transport operations, carriers and customers to make sure orders are prioritised correctly, freight is ready when it needs to be, transport is coordinated and customer commitments are met.

About the Role:

Based on-site at our Arndell Park 3PL operation and reporting to the Warehouse Branch Manager, you’ll coordinate the day-to-day movement of customer freight across our warehouse and transport network.

You’ll be the operational link between what needs to happen on the warehouse floor, when transport needs to move and the delivery commitments we’ve made to our customers.

This is a hands-on operational role. Plans change, priorities move and urgent requests come in - so you’ll need to be comfortable making decisions, communicating clearly and keeping everyone aligned.

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Plan and coordinate daily freight movements around transport schedules and customer delivery commitments.
- Coordinate carrier bookings, collections, dispatches and delivery requirements.
- Work closely with Transport Operations on fleet availability, freight movements and daily priorities.




- Coordinate warehouse priorities around dispatch times and transport cut-offs.
- Monitor freight movements and act quickly when plans change.
- Manage urgent or changing customer requirements while keeping broader operations on track.
- Communicate with customers regarding dispatches, deliveries and freight movements.
- Maintain accurate information across WMS, TMS and other operational systems.
- Work closely with warehouse, transport and customer service teams to deliver the right outcome.

Who We’re Looking For

You might currently be working as a Transport Planner, Transport Coordinator, Fleet Allocator, Dispatcher, Transport Scheduler, Despatch Coordinator or Logistics Coordinator .

What matters most is that you understand how transport operations work and can coordinate freight from warehouse through to delivery.

You’ll ideally bring:

- Experience within transport, freight, logistics or 3PL operations .
- Hands-on experience coordinating transport, fleet, dispatch or freight movements.
- An understanding of carrier bookings, delivery timeframes, dispatch cut-offs and operational priorities.
- The ability to manage multiple competing priorities without losing sight of the detail.
- Confidence communicating with drivers, carriers, warehouse teams, operational leaders and customers.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Experience using WMS,



TMS or similar operational systems.

Experience working across both warehouse and transport operations would be highly regarded.

Hours & Location

This is a full-time, in office role based at our Arndell Park operation .

Our warehouse operates between 6:00am and 6:00pm, Monday to Friday , with rostered hours falling within this window.

Given the role coordinates transport bookings, dispatch requirements and daily follow-up, afternoon coverage is an important part of the position and rostered hours will not finish before 4:00pm.

As this is a hands-on operational role working directly with our warehouse and transport teams, the position is site-based and does not operate under a hybrid or work-from-home arrangement.
