About the role

We are seeking experienced and reliable Pipe Layers to join our team. These roles are essential to the successful delivery of stormwater infrastructure on a variety of civil construction projects.

About Your Day:

- Install stormwater pipes in accordance with project plans and specifications
- Set grades, levels,



and alignments using lasers or survey equipment
- Assist with trenching, backfilling, and bedding material placement
- Interpret and work from drawings and site plans
- Work as part of a collaborative team with operators, labourers and supervisors
- Follow all WHS requirements and company safety procedures
- Carry out daily housekeeping and equipment/tool maintenance as required

About you

- Proven experience laying pipes on civil construction projects
- Construction White Card
- Understanding of correct pipe installation techniques and standards
- Ability to read and interpret plans and use levelling equipment
- Reliable, hard-working and committed to safe work practices
- Tickets such as Confined Space, Excavator, Skid Steer or Roller highly regarded
- HR Licence or Truck experience desirable but not essential
- Open to travel to regional Queensland
