The Role
- Preparing accurate repair estimates using industry systems
- Assessing vehicle damage and repair methods
- Liaising with insurance companies and customers
- Ordering parts and managing job progression
- Working closely with workshop staff to ensure efficiency
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a smash repair estimator
- Strong knowledge of repair methods and parts
- Experience with quoting systems (e.g. Audatex / iBody / similar)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
