Endacom is seeking an experienced Water Truck Operator to join our team for full-time, drive-in drive-out (DIDO) work across Regional NSW.

This position involves operating a heavy rigid water truck to support civil construction activities, including dust suppression and water distribution. The successful applicant must be willing to travel to and work at regional project locations.

This position involves operating a heavy rigid water truck to support civil construction activities, including dust suppression and water distribution. The successful applicant must be willing to travel to and work at regional project locations.

About the Role

The successful applicant will be responsible for safely operating and maintaining the water truck while supporting daily site operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate the water truck for dust suppression and general site requirements.
- Complete daily pre-start and post-operation inspections.
- Monitor fuel, oil, tyres, water systems and general vehicle condition.
- Identify and report faults, hazards and maintenance requirements.




- Complete vehicle checklists and required site documentation.
- Follow traffic-management plans and supervisor instructions.
- Comply with site procedures, WHS requirements and company safety policies.
- Keep the vehicle clean and in a safe, serviceable condition.
- Assist with general site duties when required.

About You

- Current HR Driver Licence.
- Current Construction White Card.
- Previous water truck or heavy-vehicle operating experience.
- Experience working on civil construction or infrastructure projects.
- Knowledge of vehicle pre-starts and basic maintenance checks.
- Robust safety awareness and ability to follow site procedures.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Willing and able to undertake DIDO work across Regional NSW.
- Full Australian working rights.
- Ability to complete a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screening.
