Are you a trade-qualified Maintenance Fitter looking for a stable role with a well-established food manufacturing business?
n We're seeking an experienced Maintenance Fitter to join a busy production site, supporting the maintenance and reliability of plant equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on role offering strong earning potential through regular overtime, ongoing job security, and the opportunity to work within a supportive maintenance team.

Key Responsibilities n
n
Perform preventative and breakdown maintenance on production equipment
n
Diagnose and fault-find mechanical issues efficiently
n
Repair and replace mechanical components including bearings,



conveyors, gearboxes, pumps and drives
n
Assist with continuous improvement initiatives
n
Minimise production downtime through effective maintenance practices
n
Ensure all work is completed safely and to site standards
n
About You n
n
Trade Qualified Maintenance Fitter or Cert III Engineering (Mechanical Trade) essential
n
Previous experience within manufacturing, food processing, FMCG or a similar production environment
n
Strong mechanical fault-finding and troubleshooting skills
n
Ability to work independently and within a team
n
Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards
n
Essential Requirements n
n
Full Australian working rights
n
Relevant Australian trade qualification
n
Available for rotating day and afternoon shifts
n
Must be able to attend an onsite interview as part of the recruitment process
n
