Role Overview

We’re seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead the team. This is your chance to shape exceptional guest experiences, develop a talented team, and be part of a dynamic, high-profile venue in Sydney.

Key Responsibilities

- Demonstrated restaurant management experience in an a-la-carte restaurant
- Exemplary leadership with a strong focus on the crew experience
- Exceptional service skills and guest focused




- Strong understanding of management and restaurant compliance practices
- Highly adaptable and able to perform in high-pressured service periods
- Proven ability in building effective relationships
- Organisational and time management skills
- Experience using a time & attendance system, Deputy or similar
- Experience with reservations system, SevenRooms or similar
- Exceptional communication and presentation
- Available and willing to work weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shifts

Skills & Qualifications

- 2+ years in a managerial position within a fine dining or premium dining restaurant
- Proven experience in recruiting, training and developing a team
- General knowledge of sequence of service, venue financials, rostering and team management.
- A passion for guest experience and creating memorable moments for our guests
