Black Bear Solutions is currently seeking Maintenance Fitters. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a genuine temp to perm position at a leading Sydney food manufacturing facility. There are multiple opportunities for career advancement for superstar performers.

Duties include

- Complete activities for production startups and/or shutdown
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis with automation technicians and engineering
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Work with hydraulics, pneumatics, welding, and general mechanical tasks
- Certificate III in Engineering - Mechanical Trade (or equivalent)
- Food manufacturing or industrial industry experience
- Ability to weld (TIG and MIG) and carry out minor fabrication work
- Experience with automated plant and mechanical machine timing
