What You'll Be Doing

- Serving customers over the counter and on the phone, turning enquiries into sales
- Sharing your in-depth product knowledge to help customers find the right tool for the job
- Handling high-value and complex sales enquiries with confidence




- Keeping customers in the loop on promotions and deals
- Handling queries and complaints with a solutions-first attitude
- Keeping the store looking sharp with great merchandising and displays
- Continuously building your product knowledge through ongoing training

What We're Looking For

- Proven experience in sales, retail, or customer service — or hands-on experience in construction/trade (tradies looking for a break from the tools, this means you!)
- A track record of consistently exceeding sales targets in a senior or specialist sales role
- A genuine interest in tools, power tools, and trade-related products
- Comfort working with tools and power tools
- An energetic, motivated, team-first attitude
- Familiar with basic computer operations
- Availability to work weekends
