Are you an experienced recruitment and mobilisation coordinator who thrives in a rapid-paced environment?

JRM Resources is a locally owned, family-focused business delivering high-quality civil, mining, transport and forestry services across Western Australia’s Peel and Southwest regions. We are looking for a motivated and highly organised Recruitment & Mobilisation Coordinator to join our team at our Waroona office.

In this hands-on role, you will manage the recruitment and mobilisation process from candidate sourcing through to successful site deployment. You will play an important part in connecting great people with opportunities across our diverse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment

- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment across civil earthworks, mining, transport, heavy haulage and forestry projects.
- Recruit mobile plant operators, HD fitters, LV fitters, servicepeople, trade assistants and other operational personnel.
- Review applications, conduct phone screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Prepare employment contracts, offer letters and onboarding documentation.
- Maintain recruitment systems, databases and candidate records.
- Build solid talent pools and proactively source candidates for current and future workforce requirements.
- Partner with operational leaders to understand workforce needs and recruitment priorities.
- Coordinate the efficient mobilisation of employees to project sites.
- Arrange pre-employment medicals, drug and alcohol testing and background checks.
- Verify licences, qualifications, competencies, tickets and certifications.
- Coordinate site-specific inductions, onboarding and client compliance requirements.
- Arrange travel,



accommodation and roster details where required.
- Ensure mobilisation requirements are completed accurately and within strict client deadlines.

Compliance & Administration

- Maintain accurate employee records and compliance documentation.
- Monitor expiry dates for licences, certifications, and medical clearances.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, client requirements, and relevant legislation.

About You

You will bring:

- A minimum of three years’ experience in recruitment and mobilisation.
- Experience within civil construction, mining and/or mobile plant operations.
- Knowledge of mobile plant and bulk earthworks equipment used across civil and mining projects.
- Experience with onboarding, mobilisation and compliance requirements.
- Exceptional organisation and the ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Confident communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment management systems.
- Experience using Employment Hero will be highly regarded.
