Senior Customer Service / CX Coordinator

We're Kalgin Global Logistics - a freight forwarding and logistics company that's grown by getting freight where it needs to be, on time. We work across a wide range of freight services for clients around the world, and we've built our name on being the people who sort things out when others can't.

We're looking for an experienced Customer Service skilled ready to take the next step - from case handling into a role with real commercial exposure.

You’ll manage a portfolio of accounts. Some need the operational support you're used to; others give you the chance to engage customers more strategically - helping with supply chain challenges, reviewing account health, and spotting risks and opportunities early.

This is a genuine development role. We're not expecting a fully-formed Account Manager - we want someone with a strong CS foundation who's ready to grow into the commercial side.

What You’ll Do





Resolve day-to-day customer queries and maintain service levels

Support account check-ins and health reviews

Help customers navigate supply chain challenges

Track AR status and follow up on outstanding balances

Build toward leading account reviews independently

What We’re Looking For

Experience in customer service, support or coordination

Strong communicator with a customer-first mindset

Comfortable balancing reactive support with proactive relationship work

Keen to grow toward account management / CX

Supply chain or B2B experience a plus
