This is a full time position with an immediate start available. You will join an established real estate agency with over 30 years of experience in the local real estate industry, offering an attractive salary package, excellent team culture and the prospect to work with a well-established agency with a strong and loyal client base.

Key responsibilities

- Conducting ingoing, routine and outgoing inspections and completing property condition reports
- Coordinating property marketing and online advertising
- Processing tenancy applications and entering new tenancy information
- Coordinating open inspections with the Leasing Assistant
- Managing rent payments, arrears and property-related expenses
- Liaising regularly with landlords, tenants and tradespeople
- Attending NCAT/Tribunal matters when required
- Managing maintenance requests and coordinating repairs
- Providing professional advice and achieving positive outcomes for landlords and tenants
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring properties are managed in accordance with relevant legislation

About you





- A current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
- A minimum of 2 years' Property Management experience
- Excellent communication and relationship-management skills
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities
- Skilled presentation and a positive attitude
- The ability to work effectively within a team environment
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Competent computer and property management software skills
- A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
