Dlux Hand Car Wash As Car Wash Manager, you will oversee daily operations, lead the team and ensure every customer receives a quality and effective service. This is a hands‑on management opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, delivering excellent customer service and maintaining high operational standards.

Task & responsibilities

- Manage the smooth and efficient operation of the car wash site.
- Supervise and ensure vehicles are cleaned to a consistently high standard.
- Managing and supporting a small and long standing team.
- Resolve customer concerns and operational issues promptly and professionally.
- Promote compliance with workplace safety, hygiene and operating procedures.
- Prepare rosters and manage attendance, performance and daily team requirements.
- Recruit, train, supervise and motivate staff.
- Monitor cleaning products, equipment and other supplies.
- Support sales growth, manage costs and work towards operational targets.
- Provide regular updates on staffing,



operations and performance.

Qualifications & Experience

- Previous experience in managing a car wash, automotive service, retail, hospitality or other fast‑paced customer‑service business.
- Diploma of Leadership & Management - required
- Bachelor level education in Business, Management, or relevant stream - preferred
- Robust leadership and people‑management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer‑service abilities.
- The ability to work efficiently in a hands‑on environment.
- Strong organisational and problem‑solving skills.
- A practical approach to managing staff, equipment and daily operations.
- A current driver's licence is desirable.
