You'll join an established allied health provider working throughout the Blacktown and St Marys region, with a working week generally split between three community days and two days working from home .

Rather than having every hour of your week predetermined, clinicians are trusted to manage their own diaries, organise appointments sensibly and complete administration from home.

What Your Week Could Look Like Your typical structure will be:

3 days community | 2 days WFH

On community days, you'll generally see around five clients , with appointments grouped geographically.

Once your face‑to‑face appointments are finished, you have the flexibility to complete remaining administration from home rather than returning unnecessarily to an office.

There is no expectation that everyone must structure their week identically. The organisation understands that clinicians work differently and gives you room to organise your diary in a way that remains productive while still being sustainable.

Your Caseload

Your caseload will be approximately:

60% Adults | 40% Paediatrics

Clients are aged 10 years and above , with work including:

- Functional Capacity Assessments
- Assistive Technology
- Wheelchair assessments
- Capacity-building intervention
- School-based paediatric work
- NDIS clients
- Opportunities to develop medico‑legal reporting experience





The adult component is generally straightforward and functional rather than being dominated by highly complex presentations.

No Constant KPI Pressure: The organisation doesn't operate around clinicians feeling like every spare minute needs to become a billable hour. There is a broader monthly productivity expectation, but existing clinicians comfortably achieve this within their normal workload.

The focus is on quality work, good outcomes and clinicians staying with the organisation long‑term.

- Structured induction and gradual caseload build

New graduates can also access a comprehensive 6-month graduate program with 1.5 weeks of induction and shadowing before gradually taking on clients.
