Nexia Healthcare is a multidisciplinary neurodevelopmental practice providing psychiatric, paediatric, psychology, and allied health services, with a particular focus on ADHD and ASD assessment and treatment. About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Registered Psychologist to join our team on a full time or part-time basis. You will be working across the full client lifespan — children, adolescents, and adults — with a particular focus on ADHD and ASD assessment. Clinical governance for diagnosis sits with our specialist team of psychiatrists and paediatricians, so you're free to focus on high-quality assessment, therapy, and client care. You'll run assessments independently, deliver DBT skilled program, and support NDIS clients with ongoing therapy and capacity-building support. This role has genuine pathway toward a senior or lead clinical role as our team grows.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct ADHD and ASD assessments across the client lifespan, using tools including Conners, CAARS, and ideally MIGDAS or ADOS-2, working to a sustainable, clearly structured caseload
- Formulate diagnostic impressions and deliver high-quality reports within clear turnaround standards, in collaboration with our specialist team
- Deliver our structured DBT skill program to eligible clients




- Provide ongoing therapy and support to NDIS clients, including early intervention and capacity-building work
- Collaborate with our specialists, GPs, and broader clinical team, including case conferences and team meetings
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in line with AHPRA and Medicare requirements
- Support the professional development of provisional or newly registered psychologists as the team grows

About You

- Registered Psychologist with at least 1 year post-registration experience (more highly regarded)
- Confident running ADHD and ASD assessments independently
- Experience with Conners and CAARS; MIGDAS or ADOS-2 experience highly regarded
- DBT trained/accredited, or solid experience delivering structured therapy programs
- Comfortable working with clients of all ages, including NDIS clients
- Open to mentoring newer clinicians as our team grows (preferred, not essential)
