We are seeking a skilled Contract Officer to join our team at LGP.

About the Role

As a Contract Officer at LGP, you will play a pivotal role in managing and administering a variety of ongoing contracts. You’ll engage with both existing and new contractors, ensuring all contract documentation—revisions, correspondence, performance reporting—aligns with the specified requirements.

Additionally, you’ll oversee the planning, administration, and execution of key tender processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Ensure contractors' compliance with administrative requirements
- Maintain data accuracy in LGP's CRM, Vendor Panel, and website
- Manage day-to-day contract processing tasks
- Handle debt collection to secure contract management fees
- Analyse contract data for valuable insights
- Assist in preparing tender documents, ensuring compliance and accuracy
- Manage the execution of deeds
- While this role involves independent contract management,



you’ll collaborate closely with a dedicated team to achieve broader organisational goals. Managing a large volume of approved and potential contractors will require strong organisational skills.

Key Requirements

- Experience in procurement, contracts, or supply chain management
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks and balance strategic and urgent needs
- Strong administrative and analytical skills, with a proven ability to deliver results
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Qualifications in procurement, contracts, supply chain, commerce, or business, or equivalent experience
