We are seeking an experienced Senior Health & Safety Advisor to join a major civil infrastructure project in Central QLD.

This is a hands-on site-based role suited to a safety skilled with experience across civil construction, infrastructure, roads, bulk earthworks or heavy industry.

The role:

9:5 roster
n
FIFO from Brisbane or DIDO
n
Camp accommodation & meals provided
n
Major infrastructure project
n
Robust focus on safety leadership and frontline engagement
n
n
Key experience:
n
n
Risk assessments and critical risk management
n
ICAM investigations
n
Safety audits and inspections
n
Safety management systems
n
Toolbox talks and pre-starts
n
Incident reporting and corrective actions
n
n
You'll work closely with the project and operational teams to drive practical safety outcomes and build a robust safety culture on site.
