Montefiore, a Sydney-based award-winning aged care provider, invites an experienced General Manager Residential Care to lead nursing services across our residential units in Sydney and shape the strategic plan.

Reporting to the Director and working with a second General Manager, you will oversee executive care managers, drive quality person-centred care, and prepare for the recent Aged Care Act while modelling Montefiore's values. A competitive package awaits in a supportive workplace.
