We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our busy team at Burwood. The position willassist our GPs both in the treatment room and with care plans and health assessments.
Preferred Skills and Responsibilities
- Experience in Health Assessments, Care Plans and chronic disease management is preferred but not essential
- Dressing and Wound care practice
- Immunisations and other injections
- Ability to maintain Reminder and Recall Systems
- Assistance with uploads to eHealth
- Cold-chain management knowledge
- Experience with ordering and maintaining stock control
- Assisting with procedures and general nursing duties
- Best Practice knowledge is desirable but not essential.
