The Salvation Army in Australia is seeking a values-driven AOD Team Leader to supervise daily operations and deliver participant-led, recovery-focused services at a 40-bed residential facility on the NSW Central Coast. This full time role reports to the Service Manager and offers SCHADS Award Level 6 pay.

You will guide the team in case management, assessment, referral, education and support, build strong referral pathways, and ensure high-quality service delivery within a recovery-oriented,
