We are looking for a hands-on IT Coordinator to provide IT support across head office and construction project sites. Reporting to the IT Manager, this is a varied role covering end-user support, site deployments, hardware, networking and general IT infrastructure . Travel to project sites is required, so you will need a valid driver's licence and access to a car .

The Role

- Provide hands-on IT support across office and project sites
- Set up and deploy IT environments for new construction sites
- Install, configure and maintain laptops, desktops, mobiles, printers and network equipment
- Manage, deploy and track IT hardware and assets
- Troubleshoot hardware, software and connectivity issues
- Support networking and general IT infrastructure
- Manage incidents and service requests
- Support Windows, Microsoft Office and business applications
- Maintain IT documentation and procedures

About You

- 3+ years' experience in IT support,



infrastructure or systems administration
- Hands-on experience with IT site deployments
- Strong experience managing and troubleshooting IT hardware
- Good knowledge of Microsoft/Windows environments
- Networking and telecommunications exposureStrong communication and stakeholder-management skills
- Australian Permanent Residency or Citizenship is required
- Valid driver's licence and access to a car
- White Card , or ability to obtain one

Experience within construction, engineering or a multi-site workplace would be highly regarded.
