About the Role

Talent Web is proud to exclusively partner with one of Sydney's most prestigious schools in the search for a Property Officer to assist with Asset Lifecycle and Project Management.
n
This role will suit someone coming from a facilities coordination, asset coordination, property coordination or facilities management background who has experience with Project or Asset Life Cycle.
n
Responsibilities
n
n
Manage the Asset Management System (AMS) and asset registers up to date and accurate.
n
Support both planned and reactive maintenance across the portfolio.
n
Manage contractor compliance, insurances, inductions and all required documentation.
n
Assist with lifecycle planning, condition assessments and overall asset strategy.
n




Assist in the delivery of minor works and CAPEX projects end-to-end planning, scheduling, procurement, documentation and reporting, while improving processes along the way.

Manage work orders, reporting, data accuracy and track contractor performance.

Requirements
n
n
Previous experience in facilities coordination, asset coordination, property coordination or similar.
n
Must have experience with either Asset Life Cycle planning or Project Management with Facilities Management
n
Experience using systems such as AMS, CMMS, BMS or similar asset/maintenance platforms highly regarded.
n
Current driver's licence and Working With Children Check or willingness to obtain.
