We are seeking a dynamic, passionate, and experienced Educational Leader to join our dedicated team at Inspiring Minds ELC in Burpengary. In this role, you will champion educational excellence across our centre. Inspiring and mentoring our enquiry based curriculum.

Key Responsibilities

- Mentor and guide educators in curriculum design, pedagogical documentation, and reflective practice using the EYLF & NQS.
- Support our large team across their training needs, including setting goals.
- Bring a creative flare to leadership, being hands on and active in our environments.
- Research and inspire quality improvement
- Work closely with our pedagogical leader

Requirements & Qualifications

- Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-approved).
- Proven experience in an Educational Leader.
- In-depth understanding of the EYLF, NQS, and Queensland childcare regulations.
- Outstanding leadership,



communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Active Working with Children Check (Blue Card), First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma management certifications.
