Role

Delivers high-quality, production-ready creative across retail, digital, and campaign channels. Ensures consistency, clarity, and accuracy in execution.

Key Responsibilities

Produce on-brand creative across all touchpoints (in-store, digital, campaign)

Adapt and roll out campaigns across multiple formats and sizes efficiently

Execute retail POS and in-store assets with strong layout, hierarchy, and clarity

Create digital assets (social, display, web) aligned to platform requirements

Support motion content (easy animations, video formats)

Prepare assets for BVOD / digital video platforms to correct specifications

Retouch and refine product imagery to a high, consistent standard

Deliver print-ready files with no supplier rework required

Maintain organised files, version control, and asset libraries

Technical Capability

Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

Working capability in Motion / animation tools (e.g.



After Effects or equivalent)

AI-assisted design and content tools (e.g. Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, Magnific, Midjourney, Canva AI)

Solid understanding of Print production (bleed, colour formats, file setup)

Digital formats and platform specifications

Ability to produce both static and animated creative to a professional standard

What Good Looks Like

Work is clean, accurate, and ready for production

Campaigns are adapted quickly without losing quality

Creative is consistent across all channels

Minimal rework required from suppliers or internal teams

Can handle high volume without breakdown in detail

Uses AI tools appropriately to improve productivity while maintaining design quality and brand standards

Profile

3+ years experience in a design or production environment

Can submit a portfolio of work that represents the required skills

Detail-oriented with strong organisational habits

Able to follow direction but execute independently

Comfortable working across retail, digital, and campaign environments

Curious about emerging creative technologies and AI-assisted workflows
