Ready Accounting in Mackay is seeking an Accountant with at least 2 years’ Australian public practice experience to join our local team. This role offers frontline client exposure, hands-on tax work and a transparent path to more senior responsibilities.

You’ll have flexibility to choose either a 4-day week or a standard 5-day week, with progression based on capability and a structured training program. Equity pathways may be explored for the right person.
