About the role

Are you a Registered Nurse looking for flexible and rewarding community work on Brisbane’s Northside?

YNA is seeking Community Registered Nurses (RNs) to support NDIS clients in their own homes. We are looking for nurses who are confident and competent in supporting clients with indwelling urinary catheters (IDC) or suprapubic catheters (SPC).

Shifts are generally 2–4 hours, depending on the individual client’s requirements, with opportunities for regular ongoing shifts and ad hoc wound care.

About the Role

Deliver high-quality nursing care to a young client in their home environment.

Support clients with indwelling urinary catheters (IDC)



and suprapubic catheters (SPC) & wound care

Build meaningful relationships with clients and their families.

Work independently while being supported by the YNA team.

Complete accurate clinical documentation and handover.

Comprehensive orientation and support provided.

Be supported by a dedicated YNA team, available 24/7.

What you will bring to the role

AHPRA registration

Experience with indwelling urinary catheters (IDC) and/or suprapubic catheters (SPC) .

Wound care experience is highly desirable.

Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (NCCHC)

NDIS Workers Screening Card
