Mas&A; group Pty Ltd We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to lead the daily operations of our 7-ELEVEN store. This full-time position demands a proactive, hands-on leader with proven expertise in store management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving store performance, motivating and managing the team, and delivering exceptional customer service in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Task & responsibilities

- Manage product selection, monitor inventory levels, and uphold service quality to ensure smooth store operations.
- Develop and implement strategies for purchasing, marketing, and pricing to enhance product assortment and boost profitability.
- Create and execute promotional campaigns and advertising initiatives to raise brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Lead sales activities by recommending products, offering expert guidance, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, financial transactions, and other vital operational information for effective oversight.




- Prepare and oversee the store budget, ensuring financial goals are achieved while controlling expenses.
- Recruit, train, supervise, and mentor staff to build a skilled and motivated team.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a secure environment for employees and customers alike.

Qualifications & experience

- Proven experience in store or retail management or senior roles in retail operations.
- Thorough knowledge of convenience store management and retail sales techniques.
- Solid communication, leadership, and customer service capabilities.
- Expertise in inventory control, logistics, and financial reporting.
- Familiarity with health and safety standards and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to perform well and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced retail setting.
- Qualifications in Retail, or Business Management are an advantage.
