This is a Sales 101 hunter role focused on prospecting, calling, meeting, presenting, quoting, following up and closing. You will be expected to create your own opportunities and turn them into long-term Reali customers. You won't be sitting back waiting for leads.

Key responsibilities

- Prospect and win new B2B customers
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
- Cold call, network and book your own meetings
- Meet with decision-makers across procurement, operations, safety and management
- Understand customer needs and present tailored workwear, uniform and PPE solutions
- Prepare quotes, proposals and presentations
- Follow up opportunities and drive them to close
- Meet agreed recent-business sales targets
- Maintain accurate CRM activity and pipeline reporting
- Work with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding





About you

- Proven B2B new-business sales experience
- Strong hunter mentality
- Track record of winning customers from scratch
- Confidence cold calling and meeting new prospects
- Strong presentation, negotiation and closing skills
- Commercial awareness and strong follow-up discipline
- Ability to work autonomously and be accountable for results
- Experience in workwear, uniforms, PPE, industrial supplies, mining, construction, transport, manufacturing or corporate supply will be highly regarded
