A leading Sydney builder needs a sharp Personal Assistant for a hands-on Head of Sales in South West Sydney.

If you already know residential building, stay composed when the day tilts, and prefer being practical over being busy - this will suit you.

You’ll work beside the Head of Sales who’s highly regarded, easy to deal with and invested in the people around them. Big-picture thinking, quick decisions, and a genuinely collaborative style. The pace is high. The trust is real.

The role

Own the calendar and keep commitments realistic

Filter incoming work so the important things move first

Stay a step ahead so nothing stalls

Take projects from brief to done

Handle change without drama

You’ll need

Residential building experience (essential)

Prior EA or PA support for senior leadership

Strong organisation and calm under pressure

Discretion, confidence and a professional manner

Sales admin, sales support or customer service is useful if you want broader responsibility

Supportive Director + a well-regarded builder
Salary negotiable depending on experience
